We have become a society that doesn't move much anymore, foregoing physical activity for watching tv or playing PS3 and sitting most of our work days in front of a computer screen. All of these activities are detrimental not only to our health but to our wellness.
Under this pillar, LIFE*MOD® believes that the human body was designed in a way to allow for optimal movement and posture.
