Under this pillar, LIFE*MOD® believes that the human body was designed in a way to allow for regular fitness. 

This is different than Human Design Movement in that our Fitness isn't about merely moving, but about moving with intention and increasing overall body fitness. 

This is what we do when we 'train' for something. Whether it's lifting weights or running a 10K 

Our Human Design is such that we should all be 'fit', but because we no longer move and we no longer eat the right food and do it with intention, we have become static and consequently, full of disability and disease.
